I recently traded my car for an AWD SUV through Arrow Motors. Mike and his team were very helpful. Due to my hectic schedule he paid one of his employees to bring me the vehicle which was a full days drive. Upon receiving the SUV we encountered a few issues with the vehicle. Best experience I’ve ever had with any Volkswagen dealership. Most welcoming and kind staff. I was travelling through BC from Saskatchewan and my A/C was acting up during the heat wave. My appointment was accepted with short notice. Their shop closed at 2pm, but the mechanic stayed behind a little longer to complete my repair. Highly recommend this dealership for all your services and needs!
